Training isn’t just about intervals and gear. It’s also about clarity. Knowing what matters, what to let go of, and how to keep moving when life throws curveballs.
These newsletters are my way of sharing that thinking. They’re short, honest reflections drawn from coaching, training, racing, and recovery. Nothing polished. Nothing performative. Just the kind of advice I wish I’d had when I was racing, and what I now use to help the people I work with.
If something in here helps you take a breath, shift your mindset, or approach your training with more purpose, it’s done its job.
There’s no shortage of performance advice online. But most of it is either too generic, too extreme, or too focused on what looks good from the outside.
I write these to offer something different:
✓ Quiet, useful thinking for people who want to keep showing up
✓ Reflections that help athletes avoid burnout, confusion, and overwhelm
✓ Ideas that respect your time, your body, and your goals
Whether you’re a cyclist, a runner, or someone just trying to move better, you’re welcome here.

Read one. Read ten. Come back later. These newsletters aren’t tied to trends or training plans, they’re here to offer perspective.
Sometimes it’s about getting the basics right. Other times, it’s a reminder to slow down.
What matters is that each one invites a moment of thought in a world that often pushes for more, faster, now.
You’ll find:
✓ Honest stories from coaching, training, and recovery
✓ Tools that help real athletes build consistency and confidence
✓ Gentle challenges to the way we think about performance
✓ A calm voice in the noise of online advice
There’s no wrong place to begin. Just pick one and see where it takes you.
